Ouch...C28 is the old "push the red switch to on!"
Not sure what you mean by re-set...battery re-set to 100%??
C14 is arm angle. replace both switches at base or arm. Pay attention to how they are wired.
E110 is brake fault. Most likely a broken wire to brake under the tiller. Remove 3 bolts to tiller and remove arm to inspect. Raymond must be close to Twizzler's licorice factory as their wires often twist like Licorice
Battery needs 25.3 volts to swing back to 100%

e110 - braking system fault - check coil and voltage from power amp.
c14 - arm angle warning - handle could have been down on startup or microswitch/wiring problem
c28 - Master switch off - red toggle switch beside batt conn is turned to off on start up.

fyi: truck very sensitive to low battery voltage please make sure batteries are good under load before proceeding with troubleshooting.

Fact of the week
The dot-com bubble, a period of large and rapid investments in internet-based companies, peaked in 2000 and saw the Nasdaq Composite index rise by 579%. Then the bubble imploded. As the value of tech stocks plummeted, cash-strapped internet start-ups became worthless and collapsed.
