Ouch...C28 is the old "push the red switch to on!"
Not sure what you mean by re-set...battery re-set to 100%??
C14 is arm angle. replace both switches at base or arm. Pay attention to how they are wired.
E110 is brake fault. Most likely a broken wire to brake under the tiller. Remove 3 bolts to tiller and remove arm to inspect. Raymond must be close to Twizzler's licorice factory as their wires often twist like Licorice
Battery needs 25.3 volts to swing back to 100%
