PULSING LIFT AND CUT OUT CODE C28, THEN C14, E110,E150

UNIT WILL SELF TEST AND DRIVE NORMAL WITH NO CODES AS LONG AS YOU DONT TRY AND LIFT. IF YOU TRY TO LIFT IT WILL TRY AND CUT OUT A FEW TIMES AND THEN CODE C28.
IF YOU HAVE HANDLE UP IT USUALLY ONLY HAS THIS CODE.
WITH HANDLE DOWN IT WILL CODE C14. SOMETIMES ALSO WILL CODE E110 AND ONCE E150.
TESTED CONTACTOR AND SOLENOID. TESTED ON OFF SW.
GOOD BATTERY VOLTAGE. ALL CONNECTIONS AND THE LIMIT SW SEEM GOOD
