Pressure Transducer

Code 162 on Crown PE4500' transducer replacement, part #137638-001. 2 brand new transducer switches from Crown will not clear code. Tried them on 2 different 4500's, but one good old one works fine with no codes on either truck. Has anyone else ran into this problem or know if these new pressure transducer switches are having issues from Crown?
