Has power steering and hydraulic functions, drive motor works when contacts manually closed, Fault codes 24 and 23 flashed.

Possible contactor not closing properly, or stuck. Check all contactors, 1A, PS, Regen Brake, and Fw, Rv.
Also check continuity between PB-4 and pos side of coil on fwd contactor, PB-5 and pos side of rev contactor. PB-2 and pos side of regen brake contactor.
