Discussion:
No travel. Code 46 both directions

The unit has a EV-T5PS controller.
I can find information on various other types of EV5 and and EV-T6 systems, but not this particular one.
Any help would be appreciated!!

Issue has been rectified.
I found that whoever replaced the SCR panel remounted the negative post to the bottom bar of the 1A contactor instead of the top bar showing as welded contact tips.

You might want to find a schematic and check wiring on those transistors someone could have wired them wrong when they replaced them I have seen it before
You can find the schematic on line at several places I have all of the manuals for Clark from the 60's thru today but they are on a flash drive and I no longer have a laptop or desk top I retired from Clark dealer after 32 years

1A is fine, fwd-rev contacts seem good. There is no negative feed to directional contractors.
The problem is with directional, hydraulic's is good. I believe I need to find where T2 is and what causes my issue.
It looks to me like someone replaced what I've believed to be the most transistors to the right of the oscillator card, between the card and the contactors.

The code is welded 1a tips ,bad transistor
Or 1a tips burnt check the 1a contact see if it is stuck the evt5ps is for steering the evt15
Is your drive oscillator card and the one standing up with screws and several adjustable pots is
your card for hyd solenoids for reach etc Clark used a few different controls in those depending on serial number
If all check ok it could also be card
