Discussion:
No Lift

To start with it had no hydraulic functions at all. Troubleshoot and found the pump card had failed. Installed a reman pump card. Got the normal code. Used the LX hand set and changed setting 17. Plugged harness back into card and everything worked. Sat on the seat lift worked one time, then no lift. I can hear it activate but know Pump motor. If I activate pump with another function lift will work. Then I found if I unplug the lowest plug on the pump card and plug back in, the lift function works until I sit on the seat and activate the seat switch, or shut the key off and restart.
This does not have a contactor for the pump motor. And I have no codes.
Let me know if you need anymore info.
Appreciate the help.
Thanks.

Has no codes on the dash display, or when the handset is plugged in. There are six screws on the card, three outboard and three just inboard. The three outboard screws have a grey wire with a #70 tag and it is at the top screw. The rest do not have any numbers. There is a blue wire outboard bottom. A grey wire inboard center, and a blue with green strip bottom inboard.

when you say "has no codes" is that with the handset plugged into the pump card, or is that "no codes on the dash when we turn on the key"?
can you tell us the wire numbers and which screw they are on on the wires connected to the 2 sets of 3 screws on the logics of the pump card?
