Discussion:
No hydraulics

No lift-tilt-side shift and stiff steering. Any ideas?
Haven't checked pressures, fluid level is ok

the secondary relief valve (located on the end housing of the control valve) may be damaged.
pressure test port is located on the main lift valve section, hook a 3000psi guage to it and then operate the tilt in a stall mode and take a pressure reading. it should read about 2250psi.

if it does not then you have an issue with the flow regulator (secondary relief valve) for auxillary pressure.

this would be my first guess since it is affecting all the auxillary functions and steering.

Fact of the week
Foundling hatches are safe, anonymous drop-off points for unwanted infants, allowing parents in crisis a way to surrender a baby safely without fear of punishment, ensuring the child is rescued and cared for. The concept started in the 12th century, was abandoned in the late 19th century, then reintroduced in 1952. It has since been adopted in many countries.
