Komatsu FG25T-14:
No Crank No Start

Evening All,

I'm working on a FG25T-14 (Serial Number 589108A). The Truck ran well all day, and the operator came back at lunch time today and the truck wouldnt start. I have no voltage on my signal wire to the starter when I turn the key. I checked and I have 12 volts to my starter relay, haven't checked my relays because they are not labeled, but I do have two that click when I turn the key to start. I can't pull codes due to my dash board lights being in operable. thank you and any other thoughts are welcome.

Thank you!

Did you get it cranking if not first the starter relay l believe is not in the box that you are looking at look by the air cleaner on the weldment down low there should be a relay l believe that is the starter relay see if you are getting voltage on the load side that is the s terminal to the starter also check all fuses does this truck have the kops system installed. Get back to me if you haven't found it.
