Discussion:
Linde experts? T20SP error 401

Hi there,
My costumer has three T20SP/131 trucks. Two of them intermittently have error code 401. (Internal error: Torque too high according to setting). But of course not when i'm there. When I read the error code list it appears that this error occurs a couple of times within a short period, and the stays away a couple of hours/days.

any hints?

Hi MEngr,

Thanks for your reply. It is not completely clear to me, but if I understand it right I have to give the cornering speed, the steering angle and the hysteresis a higher value. I will try that.

Can you tell me the relationship between the phase voltage and the cornering speed? In other words,how can the cornering speed reduction cause this error?

regards.

frits;
The Standup Pallet you are dealing with has an issue of "Torque set point to high as viewed by the two processors".
The measured phase voltage does not match the nominal voltage, and the traction deactivates. The values are misadjusted in the Linde AC window for 'speed reduction while cornering". Should your customer should insist on a higher steering angle before speed reduction is activated, the hysteresis and cornering speed should also be set to max in addition to steering angle. This should stop this error from occurring again.

Fact of the week
The two internal cavities in our nose called nostrils function as separate organs. Each nostril has its own set of turbinates and olfactory receptors. The two independent organs work together through a mechanism called the nasal cycle, where one nostril is dominant for air intake while the other rests and is better at detecting scents.
