Keeps blowing key switch fuse

Its an intermittent problem. Could go three weeks or moving 12 pallets, its hard to say. You R&R the key switch fuse and unit works good till it blows it again. Thinking wire harness issue and batteries load test at 23.1volts.

With quoting a wire harness along with some other stuff time and materials to repair this old unit was going to be about $1900. With a new one costing $3995 the customer is just going to buy a new one.

most problems i find with shorts on these is the harness under base of steer arm There are two ports that allow wires to be routed to side of drive motor. At the factory they ran the wires through one port. There is a service bulletin that says to split them up and use both ports.
