Jungheinrich EFG AC - Hydraulic issue

I have a Jungheinrich EFg AC truck with the 3 controllers in the back the 2 traction AS4812 and the Hydraulic AS4814.

The problem is that i dont have any error codes the hydraulic controller is not working neither is it flashing any LEDs to indicate any errors, the greed led lights to say all is ok as with both traction controllers.

The problem is in the settings stored on the small pcb mounted on the mosfet controller. I removed the card off another truck and it worked ok and when i put the PCb off my faulty truck on the working truck mosfet controller, the fault transferred along with it.

I have checked the settings and the lift speed etc is set to max, but i get no response, perhaps its one of the option settings??

Can anyone comment on this type of problem.

Fact of the week
The two internal cavities in our nose called nostrils function as separate organs. Each nostril has its own set of turbinates and olfactory receptors. The two independent organs work together through a mechanism called the nasal cycle, where one nostril is dominant for air intake while the other rests and is better at detecting scents.
