Just a question I'm interested in seeing a response to.
Of course this will only relate to field techs.
I was reading an older post about whether taking vans home was a priveledge or deserved but no one asked the question about billing 8 hrs in 6 hrs and what the correct action would be?
Do you continue working or do you go home.
