Raymond EASIOPC30TT:
Intermittent code G0

I have a customer with an easi-orderpicker that intermittently faults during travel. Direction, height, and speed are irrelevant. It hard plugs, then dumps the brake and displays " G 0 "(zero). I've tested the steer circuit, both channels test ok, replaced the steer encoder and card, replaced the carriage manager, replaced the mast cables. Still having this issue. Any thoughts?

Have not replaced the Steer mgr as in the dianostics under fault G0 it only states testing the steer circuit before the OTM cables. I replaced the cables as I saw in the prints it communicates thru buss + & buss - in one cable.

What is the serial number and what are the different versions for the CCC, TM and ESA? You stated that you replaced the encoder, OTM cables and the CCC, what about the Elec. Steer Manager? Need more information...
