HYSTER H1.6FT sn.F001B03268E HYDRAULIC FUNCTION

Hello, is there someone that can help with a Hyster?
We installed a clamp on this machine (open and closed on the 4th lever), the problem is that for opening the speed is very slow. if we change the 2 hoses than the closing speed is very slow.
My question is could be that the speed can be adjusted and if so how can we do that or has this problem got something to do with a faulty potentiometer? This unit has got fingertip control.
Kind regards
Marc b

Hey Swoop; you're forgiven for not translating I do understand :)
We didn't go back to our client to see the setting, but I called our client and asked if 'enter password' comes on the display when the key switch in ON. He told me this wasn't appearing on the display so the operators password isn't activated, if the information I got is correct. We can enter a password by pressing the * button and add a password number (55555) what I don't really know is do we need a service level password to enter the settings for hyd. functions or are both the same?
Any given explanation on this matter (in English is OK ;) ) would be very helpful (we never work on Hyster so we don't have experience).
Kind regards

forgive me for not translating this but my foreign language is a bit rusty so i'll post this in english. :o)

fingertip controls?
sure the speeds can be adjusted

and sure the factory default service code is 55555...
BUT...
if the dealership followed the instructions in the service manual like they were supposed to this code would be invalid as it is supposed to be changed by the dealership when the truck is prepped before delivery.

But i believe the function to set is Aux 1 Max Spd Dir A or Aux 1 Max Spd Dir B
There is also Aux 2 speed settings for 4 or 5 function valves.
The speed configuration would be from 1 - 10 with 10 being the highest setting and 1 being the lowest.

Also take into consideration that some attachment mfg's put flow restrictors in their cylinder fittings to regulate the speed as well so there is a chance changing the speed on the lift function may or may not affect the attachment speed at all.

Hey Michel, heb je eventueel wat meer informatie over hoe we deze instellingen kunnen veranderen? Ik heb echter totaal geen ervaring met Hyster.
