HYSTER E50Z AC NO CODE

truck wont move intermittently no code , ac lift works , no fwd , rev, led flashes rapidly on traction ac controller, master has normal two flash...no code everything is working properly ie start switch, pot, seat, parking , brake, all wire are checked and double checked

You say you have no travel sometimes. do you have travel in both directions sometimes or do you loose just forward or reverse. You might need to check the accelerator sensor at the pedal. Ensure you are getting a smooth reading throughout the sweep. Serial number would help.
