Help With Drives on this thing

Lets see where to begin.... So at first if you had a load on the forks and drove up a hill in forward or reverse it would blow the main fuse. So then we were testing it here at the shop and the accelerator card wires got piched and shorted then proceded to blow the accelerator card and both control cards installed new ones and a new rec and now we have problems still but these are new it will kick into highspeed and then kick out there is no scr control..... If there is any help out there besides C4 or high explosives please help
