HELP Need Clutch Disc size info

Clutch Disc size specs needed.....

I am needing to have the clutch disc relined in my old 1970 yale
I would like to get in a new Clutch Disc and have it in hand so as to be able to do the R&R over a weekend and not have the truck down for a week or more, and apart and in the way, as would be the case if I just take out the old Disc and send it off....

Truck info:

Model
G83P-040-5WT074

Serial # P183595

This is an "Oil Spray Clutch" or "Wet Clutch" setup.

The Yale part number for the Disc from the vintage parts manual is:
5158774-00

The info the rebuilder needs is the Disc DIAMETER, NUMBER OF SPLINES and INPUT SHAFT DIAMETER.

Any help much appreciated!

Yes, YALE was of no help, too old a lift.
I found a re-builder in PA that did some research, and
they determined that it is a 12 inch disc, but two possible
input shaft diameters.
They are sending two discs, one of each size, and I will send
back the 'wrong' one with my old core.
Price is reasonable.

Have you tried getting new clutch from an aftermarket source? I'm not sure anyone is going to have the information you need
