Hard start

So my Lift won't start without an accelerant, when it does run it has a battery light and an air filter light on the dash despite the battery charging. Also when running I have a flashing check engine light and a clicking gas solenoid, and the engine light and solenoid flashing and clicking seems to go with engine RPM. I've checked the grounds that I can find and the harness to the engine.
