FIXED!
I spent about an hour looking for the second terminal resistor. On that machine, it's located by the air filter housing. With the key on, when I moved the wires connected to the resistor, something clicked in the engine compartment. Aha! After some fiddling, I determined it was the wire going into the fuse holder marked ignition that was shorting out. A new inline fuse holder from the NAPA store, and we were all fixed. If it wasn't for this forum, I would have never have been able to get the lift back in service. Thank Y'all.

Hello all,
I have just spent the last two weeks troubleshooting two of my Hyster S60FTs throwing the 2000-12 Code. This morning I have found my solution and am posting this the point anyone else with this issue in the right direction.
After checking voltages and the CAN loop to the ECU VSM and DSC and finding nothing wrong there, I had a random brain wave that pointed me to the ECU connector if you have the SICMA 90 way ECU connector the pins get worn out and loose inside the connector so they don't make contact to the ECU after crimping new pins in the connector it roared right back to life.
If you have any questions please feel free to post them below! :)
Hope this helps anyone else in this situation!
Cheers!
