Unicarriers (& Nissan) CUMO1L15S:
Fork wont go forward or reverse

My electric fork when i engage the rev/forward switch the forward/reverse contactor dont "come in" and so the fork wont move. this used to occur intermittently but now it just out for good. I have no idea as what to do. Help please
