Flashing error

Hi we have this 2019 model truck that doesn't do anything the battery symbol flashes 10 and 3 and then flashes 10 and 5 times. I couldn't find a plug in option so could not connect to see what the error is. Can anyone shed light on this flash code please.

Regards

Yes battery is fully charged. We've found the judit connection so will go plug in tomorrow and see what's happening.

Thanks for the reply

Is the battery charged?
Does the charger show successful charge operation? Are the battery terminals clean and okay? Measure battery voltage
