please help to get the explinatiom while moving fwd or rev for few meter , fork lift truck disable (can not move) and acode of T 246 appears

Well, according to the manufacturer, you have the problems with the release valve 1Y4 (the one connected with the N1 Traction Module, on the pins 19 and 46), the module itself, or simply the wiring.
