FAULT CODE, NO POWER

i have a fault code that reads 522616-8 and i have no response to the throttle as well, before this fault code and no response to the throttle, the fork lift was losing power, we would drive it foot down to the ground on the throttle pedal it would move but it would start bogging out and would no go faster any help would be great thanks guys
