Discussion:
Fast Idle

2006 FG25T-16 dual fuel but on gasoline. Was running OK just excessive cranks before it would start. I cleaned the throttle body with engine tune now the idle wont come down. It seems to be stuck in cold start mode. No vacuum leaks, nothing misrouted or unhooked, all I did was clean it. I tried new o2 but did not change. No check engine light. Tried adjusting sensor at gas pedal and the set screw at throttle body with no help. Did I smoke a sensor?

Fact of the week
The two internal cavities in our nose called nostrils function as separate organs. Each nostril has its own set of turbinates and olfactory receptors. The two independent organs work together through a mechanism called the nasal cycle, where one nostril is dominant for air intake while the other rests and is better at detecting scents.
