Its not a matter of asking for a service call and the injector pump was rebuilt and we did ask toyotalift of houston and they have never seen the problem before...being that it takes 3.5 minutes and then the accleration issue disappears...I have talked to M&D (the very reputable rebuilder) and being that it sometimes works and sometimes does not...they say that cannot be the problem, but I think that we are going to have to pull it anyway for them to double check it...but we hate to go to all that work to find out that there is still nothing wrong with the pump !!!!
just a reminder, if you dont ask for a service call you cant say they could not fix it. anything built by man can be repaired by man.
did some research and this problem is the fuel governor in the injector pump. it's going to have to come off.
Were you ever able to figure out what was causing the exceleration issues with your 7fdu45 toyota forklift...I would really like to know...becausen we cannot figure it out and neither can Toyotalift of Houston.
did you ever get a reply back from the guy with the 7fdu45 toyota forklift ,that had the exceleration issues ?
The reason that I ask...being I also have one with the same problem
