error codes 105 and 110

Hello, i'm having an issue on a Crown SC5225-30 S/N 10119494. i installed a new access 3 purchased through the dealer. After install i'm getting two event codes. Event codes 110 and 105. Software not complatable with access 1 and no communication with access 1. i calibrated accel pot and brake pot. Still have the codes and unit won't move. needing help on how to fix the issue. Thanks in advance.

You will have to call Crown to update the software.
