ERROR CODE AD-1 AND AD-5 IN TOYOTA FORKLIFT 8FBN15

I highly need a solution for error code AD-1 and AD-5. I swapped some parts (Drive control, board, main harness, display, then speed sensors) with normal forklift the same one. But it doesn't work. The error still occurs when "ON" the codes displayed and blinking alarm, drive and hydraulic system shutdown.
Help me!!

Fact of the week
The two internal cavities in our nose called nostrils function as separate organs. Each nostril has its own set of turbinates and olfactory receptors. The two independent organs work together through a mechanism called the nasal cycle, where one nostril is dominant for air intake while the other rests and is better at detecting scents.
