this error (94) comes up only when lift is moving forward or backward

I dont have access to my info directly at this moment but will this evening.
In then meantime check the drive motor brushes.

a truck serial number would be helpful

but...
if this truck has EV100 system in it then -94 is warning code for worn motor brushes in drive motor.
