error 42 handbrake

hello friends
I have a forklift throwing this erro 42 forklift can work for a few minutes normally, this error appears and no longer works.
if you could give me some scope which could be wrong

I remember fitting a modification kit to some larger Junglewreck reach truck's a few year's back to cure the error 42 handbrake fault.

I wonder if these will be the same issue.

I cant remember exactly what it was BUT it was simple plug & play.
