Error 4:182

Hello Guys

My RRE 250E with serial number 6278463 is showing error code 4:182 after free lift pass the main lift (at 4+ meter level), I changed bearing sensor roller, wire and also adjust the wire but problem is still there. any suggestion? your support will be highly appreciated

If the sensor gap isto big,core then 4 mm, it will not see the sensor, sometimes when the hit the metal guide, it deforms and the gap gets to wide, try pulling it back so the gap is two mil. All te way.

If you have replaced another mast. Then you need to adjust the Parameter 1273 free lift accordingly.

No pulses from the main lift height
sensor during lifting/lowering.
Lifting disabled.

hi.
if you are sure sensor works well.
Can you check the 15V source at the sensor jack. without 15V source. Check the continuity to the controller. If everything is normal. I think you replace the controller.
