Error 208?

Hi
I have this error 208 on the device, i lifted the machine and pushed the pedal, funny thing is that it claims an error on the right wheel but actually the right wheel turns fast while the left wheel turn really slow next to it
anyone have this fault?

why do they turn at different speed
