Error 034 CANBus and forklift won’t move at all

Hello,

We are a newly fresh company and unfortunately our EFG 550 that we bought in spring has got some issue that no one seems to be able to solve.

The fan goes on full throttle as soon as you start the forklift but it won't show any battery % on the display, it won't move at all, not forward, not back, and the lift won't work either. It's also stuck in "gear" so we can't move it.

So far we have swapped the control units with each other but no change.

Please help! If anyone have a wiring diagram that would be very appreciated.

Several service companies including Jungheinrich have looked at it.
