Discussion:
Engine dies when in full turn.

I have a Hyster S50XM with a brand new, 3.0 long block GM engine in it. It also got a rebuild on the carb. It is now stalling out whenever it is in a full turn unless the idle is raised quite a bit above spec. The hydraulic pressure is just above 1500psi in a full turn. Not sure what to check next. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

**** the ignition timing. Make sure the advance mechanism is retarding @ idle speeds.

Sorry about that, it's a S50XM.

What "carb" did you rebuild. These do not have carbs. The Fortis truck does not have a 3.0, they use the GM 2.4.
