I have an Toyota FBM20 (the type-plate also says FSVE6 and FBM25-11153).

First it sometimes didn't drive and didn't lift and showed the error-codes EA, CA.

But sometimes all was ok and it worked correct.

Sometimes it did drive, but didn't lift.
Sometimes it didn't lift, but did drive.

Then I found a thread in the forum, where "franco c" told to replace C70 - C10 - C12 - C90 - C80 - C60 - C82 - D4 - D5 - ZD90 - R28 - Q90 on the DC/DC-board.

I replaced C70 - C10 - C12 - C90 - C80 - C60 - C82, because some of them leaked.

I also replaced D4 and D5, but I took IN4007instead of the originals, because there was nothing to read on the old ones.

Then I tried again. First it worked, but only for some seconds. Sometimes, if I turn off and on the key, it works again for a short time.

But now it also shows error-codes C0 or C4 sometimes.

And as before, it sometimes works and sometimes not.

Can somebody tell me, which are the correct replacement-diodes for D4, D5 and ZD90 ?

Has anybody got a repair-manual and the error-codes?

Thanks for your help, Tom.
