Contactor Problems

Good day my fellow technician,
I have a problem with my unit,
Every time I change Magnetic Contactor TIPS on reverse/forward contactor after a couple of days, it always make them welded.
I check any posible wire damage (Corrosive wirings)
Nothing. It was all good and no sign of defectivity
What should the probable cause?
Thank you for immediately response

The unit was
BRAND: Nichiyu
MODEL: FB10P-DC70C-300
I couldn't retrieve any specification of the unit, Except the Brand and model
Of the unit.
