Discussion:
Constant error codes 283 and 293 while lifting

Hello there, Anyone else have these order picker liftrucks in their route. I have changed the prox. switches, sensor bearings, cam follower wheels are tight and clean. Lifting heavy pallets or nothing the codes are constant. Tks. in advance

Ok thanks for the update. The original fault was they damaged the card at the front between the 2 forks. So they replaced the card off another order Picker which had a shorter mast.
Since then they've had this error so could it be the card needs programming?
It shows the height as 4.7 metres but actually lifts to 7.1 however in the parameter reference it just shows 4.7.
Not sure how to program it, as I've been in tried calibrate with just start.
Yet once second stage mast comes in the faults 293.

I haven't dealt with such old pickers for a long time. Mostly they had problems with the mast cable, but there are backup cores there. According to 293 errors, I think the height sensor was damaged

Fact of the week
Foundling hatches are safe, anonymous drop-off points for unwanted infants, allowing parents in crisis a way to surrender a baby safely without fear of punishment, ensuring the child is rescued and cared for. The concept started in the 12th century, was abandoned in the late 19th century, then reintroduced in 1952. It has since been adopted in many countries.
