Code 48-Defective or sluggish contactor operation. Shorted #3 REC or shorted #3 snubber. You need to inspect the contact tips and check for welded or burned tips. Codes 2 & 3 are directional switches closed at start up. Code 9 is both directional switches closed at the same time.
