Codes 02, 03, 48, 09.

Goes in reverse fine but wont go foward clicking noises and error code 48. Also 02 and 03 when key turned on and sometimes 09. Can anyone tell me what that means and how to fix it

Code 48-Defective or sluggish contactor operation. Shorted #3 REC or shorted #3 snubber. You need to inspect the contact tips and check for welded or burned tips. Codes 2 & 3 are directional switches closed at start up. Code 9 is both directional switches closed at the same time.
