Discussion:
code GB,f8,steering out of restricted area

working on a easi-40 s/n EF-A-04-31291 the right outrigger wheel will go straight at when the red centering button on the glass is pressed then turn side to side no matter were the steer wheel is located. the GB code appears after the self test and the steering code appears when you turn the wheel full to one side or the other.i didn't put much time in trouble shooting the unit because customer was shutting down for the night by the time I got there.befor I go back I want to have a thought as to were to start. also how do I get into the dash to do the steering learn on the unit.

Check the switches on the outrigger and the prox switch next to the drive unit. Sometimes the cable for the prox gets rubbed and loses connection. The switches on the outrigger can get hit and miss adjusted. Check the cable to the switches for damage as well.

Fact of the week
Foundling hatches are safe, anonymous drop-off points for unwanted infants, allowing parents in crisis a way to surrender a baby safely without fear of punishment, ensuring the child is rescued and cared for. The concept started in the 12th century, was abandoned in the late 19th century, then reintroduced in 1952. It has since been adopted in many countries.
