What do I need to do I have a code 23 the manual said it's a open in the armature but the motor checks out ok, they were pushing a mother truck that was broke down when it quit it won't move in either direction but everything else works

Do you know what can cause this failure code 23? Transistor, diode, where are they located at?

That is one of the main reasons to never tow or push something with a fortklift. They have a tendancy to burn up electrical components. Most manufactures will not cover warranty on new trucks or warranty on parts if they know the truck was being used to tow or push something.

Well it was either the transistor or the chopper module the diode checked out good thanks again for the help.

We call this the combo #3. Replace transistor, chopper control module and diode.
