Travels fine but hydrolics are slow

Tilt or side shift switch activated at start up could be the cause. A bad or miss-calibrated accelerator pot can cause this code also.

"Unicarriers - it would have to be for a dual fuel unit also. Usually a bad cam or crankshaft sensor will throw a E-27 or a E-28 code on the dash panel... If it does not light up and the bulb is bad then it will not start also."
