Discussion:
Clark tm15s travel issue

I have a clark three wheel truck with a serious travel issue. Model tm15s. Serial tm247-0481-7105FB.

Whenever the accelerator pedal is pressed, the truck jumps and then cuts out. Put the truck on blocks and the problem persists. Ive changed the directional contactors but to no avail.

I read something about the ev100 scr control possibly being the issue but i was thinking it may also be the accelerator potentiometer. Does anyone have any insight on this kind of truck?

Thanks

that sounds like a shorted rec in the controller. Check first your 1A contactor is not shorted.
The EV100 manual is available online somewhere. If you have no luck sourcing the Manual contact me through my profile.
