cannot help you with a part number - have no resources. Retried from the lift truck business 12 years a go. But during my career I worked with BT-Prime Mover from 1996 to 2001 in a sales/marketing capacity.
Maybe some one can help. But remember BT-Prime Mover co & line no longer exists so sourcing may not be so easy. here is a link for you to read

My suggestion is to try to contact a Clark dealer - they should be able to help you as they bought several model from BT Prime-Mover under an OEM sales agreement.

My speculation says this was a product manufactured by BT- Prime Mover and sold to Clark as an OP15X. The BT Prime Mover name was OE35 or OE35X. The BT Prime Mover name soon disappeared when Toyota bought BT, BT-Prime Mover and Raymond. I Believe the BT-PrimeMover plant builds products for the Raymond brand maybe some for big daddy Toyota too - not certain.
