clarification regarding error 250

We have zapi EPS-Ac controller nowadays its showing error code MS250....Can I clear this error using zapi handheld programmer..kindly reply if anyone knows as soon as possible... Thanks

You can connect the EPS with the handheld, contact to the main controller, probleby node 2 and clear the error log.
You can do more with the handheld then with the PC software depending on the version handheld.

Thanks for your reply.....i have checked with manual and know the cause ,my doubt is can is rectify this error using ZAPI HANDHELD PROGRAMMER.

You can find a manual at the Zapi site, just search for "zapi EPS"

CAN Bus Code = 250 - Cause: It occurs when the information on the status bus between the main uC and the slave uC is frozen to the 0xFF value (the slave uC does not update the status bus configuration). - Remedy: It is necessary to replace the controller.
