Discussion:
Changing of parameter

Hi,

I am working on Bt Reflex RRE 200 and also 140.
I need to change certain parameters as the client has requested.
I connect the cankey to the roof of the truck and the parameters can only be seen but not changed.
Any ideas on what i might be doing wrong?

We have a BT order picker model- OM & 2001 make. The max height is 4800 mm but it is getting stopped at 3000mm. How can we program it to reach max height. Also we have can key but not able to locate the cankey port on the machine.
Can you help us?

On a RRE some parameter's need the truck to be switched OFF to change while other's actually need the truck to be switched ON.

Also if there FACTORY parameters these CANNOT be changed with a BT can-key, factory parameters can ONLY be changed with BT TruckCom software.

Which parameter numbers are you attempting to change?
