Hi we have this reach truck which originally had error Alarm RI01 card error. We took the 2 cards from near the valve blocks and test it on another truck and it came up with the same error.
However, after putting the 2 cards off the working truck onto our truck we get Alarm 62 (10) logic:battery error. Yet these 2 cards work fine on the working truck when we put it back on.
We changed all the controllers, main logic card and the display along with the steer controller. Yet we still get Alarm 62 (10) logic battery.
Also tested truck battery and jumped off another truck battery. Also tested voltage drop accross main contact and switching 49.8v. So truck battery is ok
Can anyone shed some light on this fault please?
Regards

Hello
I have same problem
Please help me to solve it
Thanks. However, we changed the card off a working truck, but still same error.
The logic card has a small battery fitted to it to keep time and so no up to date whem truck is switched off and it looks as if this one has gone down and needs replacing it will have on it DALLAS real time, you should be able to get them from RS.
Thats one thing 8 haven't checked for. Usually thats the first check i do. Will ask engineer to check.for earth to chassis. Weird thing is the fault changes when changing the RI01 card from RI01 loss error to logic:battery error.
Have you checked for short to frame? I have seen this type of problem on other equipment.
