c8-2 error

Hi guys just after some help with the error code c8-2 on a 7fbe18. No or reduced drive rh motor, And if anyone could help with a manual it would be great, i have most toyota manuals just not counter balance electrics, thanks in advance guys.

I have exactly the same fault code on a 7FBE18, RH drive motor turning slow
