Like our mates told you, this problems generally comes from the three wires (think 70, 71, 72) of the charge battery level. If battery and wires is OK, replace A5 card
I found one case on a rrB6 series 16, that was neccesary to replace A5 logic card. Its very important the good state and tighten of negative thick wire that comes from batery to inverters. It's works like a shunt wire.
If you need any information, just ask for it.
Regards
Hi BobbyT, when these wires are missing or damaged the battery gauge flashes. But on my truck i haven't got anything at all working the clock is off aswell.
Hi Leon, check the battery connector socket auxciliary connectors and wiring, these feed voltage and current from the battery for the A5, which in turn displays battery status on the dash. Guarantee it will be your problem, I have even seen that fault when the socket is not pushed fully home.............well I might be wrong but there is a pretty good chance this is the problem. cheers bobby
