brakes real touchy

Hello everyone i have a hyster h80ft serial u005v02332 customer complains brakes are to touchy and i agree is there a way to change this they grab hard and appear to run off trans pressure line. any help and are wet brakes ?

Put a pressure reducing valve between the transmission and brake booster, Ive done this to 2 machines now and the brakes are so much better. I did all the usual stuff like change the transmission oil it made no difference.

Adjusted brake switch and master cylinder and much better just need a lite foot. fyi
