Brake issues

Hello, I am having brake issues with my 8FDU25. The brake pedal goes all the way down and does not slow the truck down. I have replaced the master cylinder & all springs, cups, and paws. I took apart the wheel cylinders and cleaned them and reinstalled. I adjusted and bled accordingly and still, pedal hits the floor in forward direction. While in reverse, the braking force gets better. If I pump up the brakes, the truck does come to a stop better. But after a few seconds of not using the brakes, it looses the power and hits the floor again. Any help or guidance would be helpful!

Hello! Remember always that air goes up always. i dont know how is it made in your lift truck but if air bleeder is little bit down side, turn it up when u make bleeding, then you get air out of the brake system. some cars have this problem when bleeding brake calibers.

Hello, I have since replaced all springs, stop levers, cables, wheel cylinders, master cylinder, reservoir, reservoir line to master cylinder, bled and adjusted shoes to full contact, than no contact - and still no brakes.

When normal operation, brake pedal floats too floor, when parking brake pedal is pressed, braking pressure is increased but than I lose parking brake.

I have replaced all 3 brake lines as well. Still nothing.

Air is getting into the system from somewhere. I'd clean and inspect every connection brake lines, hoses, etc. Clean with brake cleaner. Did you bleed the master cylinder thoroughly?
